The Business Development Manager is an outside sales position responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will engage directly with decision-makers to understand their technology challenges, recommend tailored IT solutions, and communicate Century’s value through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach. This role requires a balance of strategic relationship-building, pipeline management, and strong business acumen to meet sales goals and contribute to Century’s continued growth. Can expect to earn 40-50k estimated per year in commission sales.
