We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for our Warsaw office. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that reflects our company's core values: solidarity, passion for executing complex large-scale projects, and innovation and kindness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the engineering and consulting industry in the area of planning, design, execution, and project management.
• Fluent knowledge of English (a must).
• Experience in establishing and developing business relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and presenting commercial offers.
• Ability to identify new business development opportunities with existing clients.
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and address client needs.
• Independence in action while effectively cooperating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing development plans for new services and identifying market opportunities in the design industry.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and conducting sales activities (tendering, presentations, negotiations).
• Preparing and developing marketing materials and actively supporting the company's promotional activities.
• Cooperating with internal departments and foreign branches of the company and reporting progress to the Business Development Director.
