Business Development Manager

Home Instead - Muncie, IN•Muncie, IN
•$55,000 - $60,000•Remote

About The Position

Home Instead is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and expand our presence throughout Muncie and the surrounding communities. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows how to turn consistent outreach into measurable business growth. You’ll develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, home health, hospice, and other healthcare and community partners. We’re looking for someone who can confidently own a territory and pipeline, identify new opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and follow those relationships from first contact through referral. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. You’ll be out in the community building a network, representing Home Instead, and creating partnerships that connect local seniors and families with the care they need.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend community events as needed

Nice To Haves
