This role focuses on evaluating and assessing the needs of current and prospective employers to drive Workers' Compensation business. The Business Development Manager will identify key decision-makers, facilitate partner meetings, resolve employer concerns, and secure formal commitments for Exer's WC services. The position also involves coordinating the implementation of Exer's WC Service Package, communicating achievements and pipeline status to leadership, managing the sales funnel for accurate forecasting, and maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape within their territory. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
