About The Position

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. As part of Fortify Companies, they are building a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. They deliver coordinated care from prevention to restoration across 210+ markets nationwide. This role is a field-based, full-time Sales Leadership position focused on building territory from scratch. The Business Development Manager will create new opportunities, grow accounts from zero, and deepen relationships with existing customers across the Cincinnati market, partnering closely with operations to deliver a seamless client experience. This role is for individuals motivated by building something real and rewarded for the revenue they drive.

Requirements

3+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated hunting focus
Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory
Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform

Responsibilities

Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts
Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue
Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners
Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff
Support client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retention
Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
