GYMGUYZ Coastal Carolina & Myrtle Beach is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and client acquisition. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale a premium, in-home personal training business in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast. If you love connecting with people, building partnerships, and closing deals that make a real impact on people’s lives, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Required sales, business development or account management experience, with a strong track record of relationship building and closing
  • Experience with B2B and community-based sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. We are looking for someone in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas who thrives in the community, builds relationships face-to-face, and is energized by creating opportunities from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic business and community partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust local referral network
  • Generate new client leads through networking, outreach, and events
  • Conduct consultations and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Coach and collaborate with trainers to support sales, upselling and retention strategies
  • Own and track a monthly sales pipeline and revenue targets
  • Represent GYMGUYZ at local events, health fairs, and networking groups
  • Build brand awareness and execute grassroots and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Track all leads, activities, and conversions in CRM
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, wins, and opportunities
