Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Americas Automotive sales and business development team to drive strategy, customer engagement, and growth for automotive microcontrollers (MCUs), processors, and vehicle E/E architectures. This role is responsible for shaping OEM and Tier‑1 adoption of NXP compute platforms supporting zonal architectures, SDV (Software‑Defined Vehicles), ADAS, electrification, and centralized computing. One of the most important aspects of this role is also to understand customer pain points and trends to help shape NXP roadmap. The ideal candidate combines deep automotive system knowledge, strong customer executive engagement, and cross‑functional leadership across product management, engineering, and sales.
