About The Position

Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Douglasville market. This role is for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and winning new business. The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business, offering an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader. Elwood Staffing serves more than 6,000 businesses and puts over 28,000 people to work every day. The role provides support, training, and resources needed to build a territory while earning uncapped commissions. This is not a remote position and requires local travel throughout the territory (60-70% field-based) with an auto allowance provided.

Requirements

Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
A passion for prospecting and building new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based).
