About The Position

This role is for a true hunter, a commercial professional skilled in opening doors, creating opportunities from nothing, building relationships quickly, and consistently winning new business. It is not for someone who wants to manage existing accounts, but rather for someone who wants to actively engage the market, challenge competitors, initiate conversations, build momentum, and achieve commercial success. A leading international food packaging manufacturer is making significant investments in the US market and launching an ambitious growth initiative focused on acquiring entirely new business within the food packaging sector. We are seeking commercially aggressive, high-energy individuals who excel at opening doors, generating momentum, and closing strategic new business opportunities. This is a pure hunter role for individuals who are driven by winning new logos, creating opportunities from scratch, building pipelines through outbound activity, converting prospects into long-term commercial partnerships, and being directly rewarded for performance. Our client is an established and highly successful business in Europe, now accelerating its expansion into the United States. You will join at a critical growth stage, where your contributions will be visible, measurable, and commercially significant. The role offers exceptional earning potential with a base salary up to $130,000, a highly competitive uncapped bonus structure, a double OTE opportunity, and accelerators for over-performance. Strategic deal bonuses are also available, with top performers being heavily rewarded. While packaging experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We are open to high-performing commercial hunters from aligned B2B industries looking to enter the stable, relationship-driven, and strategically important packaging industry. This role offers true autonomy, allowing individuals to build territory plans, develop target account strategies, generate their own pipeline, and create commercial success within their region.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Open doors through cold outreach, networking and industry relationships

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop solutions
