About The Position

You will be selling our Staffing Services to customers in the Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics industries. Territory: Troy & surrounding areas. Requirements

Outside sales, business development, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your local market
Build client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-up
Present customized workforce solutions to prospective clients
Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
Travel locally throughout the week (60–70% travel locally, not remote/hybrid role)
