Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management, preferably with experience in property management, real estate, building engineering, roofing, or construction sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across various sectors including corporate, commercial, municipal, governmental, and real estate developers.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to deepen relationships and increase repeat business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and document business development activities effectively.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals (RFPs), collaborating with operations to align expert resources with client requirements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Rimkus and promote our services.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and resolve client concerns in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Travel regularly within the local metropolitan area as well as occasional out-of-area travel.
