As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of our End User Strategy team as a remote employee. You will be responsible for new product commercialization, planning and overseeing new product launches across SBD's multiple strategic business units. You will lead and execute comprehensive segment-specific marketing/development plans, develop demand and sales of products by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommend modifications to the product line, and coordinate the salesforce with appropriate personnel. You will work with cross-functional teams to establish deadlines and new product roadmaps, drive for simplified, effective procedures when launching new products, and identify new opportunities to drive growth. You will be responsible for educating and communicating to the salesforce on new products and develop marketing vision, strategies, and tactics, including required long-range business plans and actions.
