The company is at an inflection point and requires a dedicated Business Development Manager to formalize and scale referral partnerships. This is an immediate need. The role exists to build predictable revenue channels through strategic relationship development — primarily with plumbers and insurance adjusters, with commercial accounts as a secondary growth vector. This is not a junior sales role. The company requires an individual who understands how to build and manage a professional referral book of business in a relationship -driven industry.
