Develop and respond to customer-specific proposals, including RFP responses. Assist with preparing technical presentations to meet customized needs and propose initiatives for presentations and demos, including query resolution. Apply cross-functional and process-reengineering knowledge to propose IT solutions for operational improvement. Document account activities, negotiate sales contracts, and maintain records of business transactions. Support strategic consultative sales and business development within targeted accounts to understand requirements and promote the sale of technical expertise using MSC PATRAN, AutoCAD, ANSYS, ABAQUS, HyperMesh, and OPTISTRUCT.
