About The Position

PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. This Business Development Manager role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding partnerships within the warehousing and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold-calling, email, networking, and in-person visits
  • Study target markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Educate clients on PFP Logistics’ services and operational capabilities
  • Track leads and customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Reconnect with previous clients to establish renewed partnerships
  • Assist with CRM development and organization alongside management
  • Work with the Operations team on projects and client initiatives.
