The Business Development Manager will lead the growth efforts, key account management, and the establishment of new partnerships to drive revenue growth for assigned Ancora Business Units. This role will manage a geographic region or sector to deliver established goals. The role is expected to develop and implement a key accounts management and territory management strategy to drive growth for Ancora Business Unit programs and locations. Responsibilities include location leadership and identifying partnership opportunities through developing business plans/strategies for new and existing partners. The ideal candidate must remain knowledgeable of market insights and strategic recommendations for existing and new partners and program opportunities. This position will define both short and long-term strategic goals concerning business growth and be responsible for managing key growth initiatives and client relationships while maintaining an extensive knowledge of market conditions.
