About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in Greensboro and the surrounding footprint. In this role, you will market top-tier custodial and maintenance services to commercial, industrial, and educational facilities. As our Business Development Manager, you won't just sell—you’ll consult, strategize, and build partners for life.

Requirements

5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
A strong history of local association/networking involvement and excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to work seamlessly within a sales team and collaborate effectively with our Operations department.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Regular mobility for client visits, networking events, and presentations, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent proven experience speaks volumes.

Responsibilities

Researching potential clients, making connections, and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high-level decision-makers.
Diving deep into customer needs to design customized, value-added propositions, complex proposals, and competitive pricing structures.
Actively participating in trade shows, corporate events, and local networking groups to expand our brand footprint.
Utilizing Salesforce.com to track your activities, manage your schedule, and forecast your pipeline.
