About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in Greensboro and the surrounding footprint. In this role, you will market top-tier custodial and maintenance services to commercial, industrial, and educational facilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • A strong history of local association/networking involvement and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly within a sales team and collaborate effectively with our Operations department.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Regular mobility for client visits, networking events, and presentations, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent proven experience speaks volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Researching potential clients, making connections, and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high-level decision-makers.
  • Diving deep into customer needs to design customized, value-added propositions, complex proposals, and competitive pricing structures.
  • Actively participating in trade shows, corporate events, and local networking groups to expand our brand footprint.
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com to track your activities, manage your schedule, and forecast your pipeline.
