About The Position

Join Acendas Travel’s high-performing team as a Business Development Manager and take your earnings and career to the next level. We offer a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, giving you the freedom to maximize your income. Our top performers regularly earn commissions equal to 59% or more of their base salary with no ceiling on what you can earn. We’re seeking experienced Business Development Managers with Travel Management Company (TMC) backgrounds to drive growth and expand our corporate client portfolio. In this role, you’ll leverage your established network, industry knowledge, and proven sales expertise to bring new clients into the Acendas Travel ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven success in business development within a TMC environment
• Strong network and ability to generate new business through relationship-driven sales
• Experience negotiating contracts and structuring client agreements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to set goals and execute sales plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own the full corporate sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through closing and onboarding
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
• Collaborate internally and externally to deliver a seamless, consultative sales experience
• Provide tailored solutions and exceptional service throughout a multi-month sales cycle
