The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This person works closely with the Vice President of Business Development to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the company’s growth goals. CPI Radant, a division of Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI), specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors, and structural composite products for the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries. These products are critical for secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities in military and commercial aerospace platforms, involving large apertures and high-frequency performance.
