About The Position

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. The successful candidate will be based in Lebanon, with occasional travel to Cyprus or other countries required for client meetings and events.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Prior experience in the Forex industry is essential
  • A well established client portfolio is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth
  • Create and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align business development initiatives with company goals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure profitable deals
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to senior management
