ISEC is growing in Texas and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead that expansion in our Houston or San Antonio market. This role is responsible for driving territory growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new construction opportunities. Position Summary Responsible for the overall management and direction of the Business Development and Sales department. Drives regional sales strategy and territory development. Assists in developing objectives in support of overall corporate business development goals. Manages and develops sales team to meet regional goals.
