The Worldwide Attach Ecosystem Business Development organization is devoted to rapidly growing product categories that attach to and add value to our hero devices. The organization develops business opportunities directly with Apple’s reseller partners, designs business strategies and incentive programs, and collaborates closely with local account teams, finance, operations, legal, marketing, and other organizations to drive attach around the world.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business development or strategy roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level relationships with external customers and partners to deliver sales
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with proven experience influencing and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility to thrive with limited direction in an ambiguous work environment
  • Natural motivation to identify, build, and grow business opportunities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries
  • Experience in management/strategy consulting or related field
  • Proficiency with analytical software (e.g., Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales initiatives across Apple-branded Accessories, AppleCare+, AirPods, and Beats by Dr. Dre.
  • Building strategic relationships with key reseller partners around the world.
  • Guiding regional teams along the critical path to close deals.
  • Developing and evolving playbooks to generate demand at scale.
  • Identifying sales opportunities through detailed analysis and strategic insight.
  • Developing financial models to prove the business case for new initiatives.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations to ensure support amongst internal stakeholders and inspire external partners.
