About The Position

ServiceMaster CDR is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This role is for a people-person with a passion for building relationships and making things happen. The ideal candidate will enjoy being out in the community, connecting with others, and being the go-to resource when disaster strikes. As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of ServiceMaster CDR, connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow the brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market. You will build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and ensure that people know who to call when disaster strikes.

Requirements

Confident communicator who thrives on making connections.
Familiarity with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
Background in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Go-getter who is organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle.
Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
