Dynamic Connections is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Refrigerated Division, known as the Boomer Fresh Team. This role focuses on the produce and refrigerated goods market in Canada and the US. The position offers significant control over one's success, with responsibilities including driving business growth by developing a pipeline of potential customers that align with the ideal customer profile. The focus will be on prospects in the US shipping produce products via refrigerated equipment, both domestically and cross-border. The core of the role involves identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers through various tools and organizational support. Initial efforts will concentrate on prospecting and cold calling. As a book of business is built, the role will evolve to fostering deep, meaningful, and rewarding long-term customer relationships, solving problems, and fulfilling customer needs. Upon securing a new customer, the Business Development Manager will partner with the Solutions Team, allowing them to continue prospecting for new clients while earning permanent commissions on all partnered customers.
