The Business Development Manager – Outdoor plays a critical role in accelerating Outdoor growth by identifying, developing, and strengthening high-quality dealer partnerships across the region. This role serves as the regional business owner and subject matter expert for Outdoor dealer development, partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and cross-functional teams to improve market coverage, strengthen dealer capability, and drive long-term network performance. The Business Development Manager- Outdoor is responsible for driving Outdoor dealer network growth and performance within an assigned region. This role blends strategic market development, dealer evaluation, and field collaboration to improve dealer quality, optimize lead program performance, and expand SunSetter’s presence across priority markets. The Business Development Manager- Outdoor partners closely with field leadership to identify market opportunities, evaluate dealer performance, strengthen Outdoor expertise across the field organization, and support long-term regional growth initiatives.
