Drive disproportionate growth of Summit’s Hydraulic Business by leading strategy and operations, generating new business and developing high-value customer relationships. Lead direct sales efforts by delivering value‑based solutions supported by strong application engineering. Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable growth strategies. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain to support new opportunities and product development. Engage regularly with major OEMs and customers through frequent on‑site visits. Support the sales organization through lead generation initiatives, sales tools, training, and market intelligence. Utilize CRM to track opportunities, customer interactions, and industry insights. Represent Summit at industry trade shows, seminars, and association events.
