Ferguson has approximately 36,000 associates across 1,700 locations and is committed to making customers' complex projects simple, successful, and sustainable. This role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement business plans, researching business opportunities, evaluating expansion, and collaborating on execution plans. The manager will also prepare proposals, work with national and regional teams to drive growth, act as a liaison between departments, and partner with Category Management on vendor selection and channel options. A key part of the role is leading the development of key projects, ensuring successful business deal closures, and developing new processes to meet project needs.
