Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 to15 years in the Data Center market is preferred.
  • Must have worked at least 5 years in the HVAC market
  • Proven results developing business within an organization
  • Previous experience working within Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forward‑thinking demand‑generation strategies to accelerate growth within the data center vertical and position Thermosystems for long-term success.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted consultant to increase brand consideration, influence specifications, and drive adoption of Thermosystems technologies and solutions.
  • Develop strategic acquisition and account plans, including identification of key stakeholders, articulation of tailored value propositions, and creation of targeted network‑expansion strategies.
  • Define opportunity pursuit plans that address qualification criteria, competitive assessments, and differentiation tactics.
  • Establish and maintain C‑suite relationships across 10+ priority end users, becoming their go-to strategic partner
  • Actively engage in tradeshows, industry associations, trainings, and related events, representing Thermosystems as a subject matter expert and enhancing brand awareness among key influencers.
  • Deliver real‑time insights on market dynamics, including competitor strategies, customer behaviors, and emerging trends, to inform business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Set and uphold high performance standards, demonstrating strong individual accountability while partnering effectively across Thermosystems business entities to support integrated efforts within the Data Center vertical.
