About The Position

All Dry Services of Connecticut is seeking a business development professional with existing relationships in property management, insurance, or the trades to leverage those connections into income. This role is for individuals who want their established network to translate into earnings. The company provides proven systems, an operations team, and a strong local presence to support the business development efforts. The position involves working with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents and adjusters, plumbers, mechanical and HVAC contractors, commercial property owners, and general contractors. The success of this role is tied to activating and growing an existing network, leading to recurring business.

Requirements

• Established relationships within property management, insurance, or commercial trades — or a comparable B2B network
• Proven outside sales or business development experience
• Comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation
• Organized and disciplined about follow-up and pipeline management
• Motivated by turning relationships into recurring income, not a single sale
• Coachable and willing to work within a proven process

Nice To Haves

• Restoration industry experience is not required. What matters most is that you already have people in your corner — and know how to keep them there.

Responsibilities

• Reconnecting with and formalizing existing industry relationships
• Prospecting new referral partners across the territory
• Meeting property managers, adjusters, and contractors face-to-face
• Running discovery and consultative sales conversations
• Presenting All Dry's capabilities and points of differentiation
• Attending local networking and industry association events
• Following up consistently with contacts
• Managing activity and pipeline through CRM
• Coordinating with operations once a relationship produces active work
