Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of prior experience in consumer package goods.
  • Direct customer sales experience with a preference for experience with the Value Channel.
  • Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives.
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen.
  • Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.
  • Leverages entrepreneurial thinking, rapid decision-making, and sustained resilience to execute effectively within large, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead channel level strategy across the 4Ps (Placement, Product, Promotion & Pricing) for Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Spearhead joint business planning strategy across business units, driving long-term sustainable growth with strategic retail partners and business leads.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and strategic planning across customers/business units
  • Oversee pricing and promotion strategies, in collaboration with Net Revenue Management, while continuously monitoring and benchmarking the marketplace.
  • Accelerate omnichannel growth by advancing Retail Media strategies, enhancing Shopper Marketing execution, and optimizing digital shelf management.
  • Provide key insights and strategic input for rolling forecasts, annual business plans (KPIs), monthly business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Lead planning for HCB monthly, quarterly, and annual business meetings.
  • Design and implement tools to monitor, benchmark, and achieve key retail KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the region by staying up-to-date on industry developments and sharing relevant learnings and opportunities.
