About The Position

This position is for the Summer 2027 internship program, located in our Richfield, Ohio office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Since 1989, National Interstate has specialized in the insurance needs of the transportation industry, known for its expertise in product design, loss control, and claim services. The internship program offers students hands-on experience applying academic skills to the workplace, exploring the insurance industry, and making business impacts. Interns will learn about various departments, engage in professional development, shadow different business areas, and network through social activities. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Anticipated graduation date ranging from Fall/Winter 2027 to Spring 2028.
Prior experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
