About The Position

The UK healthcare landscape is evolving rapidly, and Luscii is well-positioned to help NHS organisations transform the way care is delivered. As our Business Development & Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating that growth. You will take ownership of strategic NHS relationships, drive complex commercial opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement, and help shape how Luscii continues to expand its impact across the UK healthcare system. This is not a traditional sales role. Success in the NHS is built on trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships. We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of the healthcare landscape, knows how to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and is motivated by creating meaningful healthcare outcomes while delivering sustainable commercial growth. We’re not here to make just the quick deal. We’re here for the long term. At Luscii, we have built a strong foundation through strategic partnerships within the NHS, established customer relationships, and a growing presence across the UK. The next phase requires someone who can combine deep NHS expertise with commercial stewardship. You will inherit valuable relationships and opportunities, but your real challenge will be turning those opportunities into scalable growth. By bringing structure, discipline, and strategic focus to our commercial frameworks and activities, you will help create a growth engine that extends beyond individual relationships and supports the long-term success of our UK business.
