The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the Aftermarket Industrial, while advancing Hercules’ position as a best-in-class sealing partner. This role drives strategic growth and influence across the Aftermarket Division to ensure unified, high-impact performance. The position combines commercial development and strategic collaboration cross-departmentally with engineering, supply chain and operations. This successful candidate will also be well-versed in market intelligence to expand Hercules’ presence and strengthen its long-term growth platform.
