The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a strategic sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth for Aptyx. This position is primarily focused on new customer acquisition within the medical device OEM and contract manufacturing market, with an emphasis on building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is an experienced new business sales leader with a proven track record of selling complex medical device manufacturing solutions, including injection molding, assembly, and product development services, into OEM organizations. This individual will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through contract negotiation and commercial launch. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical credibility, strategic prospecting capability, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders across engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership teams.
