About The Position

Centaris, a leading IT Service Provider with a 50-year history, is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities within their target client market. Centaris helps small and mid-sized businesses maximize their technology investments and is recognized as a leading solution partner for cybersecurity, managed IT, and Microsoft solutions. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, qualifying, and closing target profile clients using traditional outreach methods like calling and email, as well as developing relationships with OEM and software organizations. A strong client focus is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related field (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience)
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Effectively qualify prospective clients for company target client profiles
  • Position company value proposition confidently
  • Provide professional sales experience for prospective clients
  • Proactive prospective client outreach via email, phone call, and through educational events to drive demand
  • Track client engagement in HubSpot CRM and track forecasted opportunities
  • Present technical solutions and set proper expectations with clients
  • Assist with product and services quotes
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage client expectations
  • Provide professional timely responses to clients and team members with service-oriented attitude
