About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative , supporting our continued growth and expansion in the region. This dynamic and rewarding role is focused on developing new B2B janitorial service business, with a strong emphasis on networking and prospecting throughout the Omaha, Lincoln and Sioux Falls metro areas. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings. You’ll present tailored service programs, build and maintain a strong professional network, participate in trade organizations, and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B experience required
  • 3+ years of selling in a service-related industry preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making the sale
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven and entrepreneurial style is required

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of selling in a service-related industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generating new revenue and meeting sales targets
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support cold calls, RFP responses, walkthroughs, presentations, and new business generation
  • Building your customer network of property and facility management professionals
  • Participate in our sales cadence and engage in weekly reporting and prospecting activity
  • Maintain CRM for sales and pipeline tracking
  • Assist National Accounts team with strategic sales initiatives
  • Active participation in Omaha/Lincoln/Sioux Falls based trade organizations
