Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of specific industry or product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through our award winning tech platform with our proprietary lead system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients following our proven system.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets based on your goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM/Tech Platform.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
