About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the consulting/professional services space.
  • Experience with Sitecore and Optimizely platforms.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with Adobe, Big Commerce, Optimizely Commerce, or similar commerce platform implementation.
  • Existing relationships with Adobe sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing sizable deals (i.e., $500K+).
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a focus on services sales.
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results, and finesse the sale.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic deals, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections through networking, thought leadership, speaking engagements, alliances, and industry involvement.
  • Work through technology partner channels to identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities, maximizing the value of these partnerships.
  • Identify, pursue, and close deals for Rightpoint’s experience-led technology solutions, with a focus on Sitecore and Optimizely platforms.
  • Drive company growth by creating and nurturing customer relationships, introducing new prospects, and assisting leads in understanding Rightpoint’s offerings, especially those related to Sitecore and Optimizely.
  • Develop pipelines and opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Employ strong discovery skills and knowledge of products, services, customers, and competitors to uncover customer needs and create value-based solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, building long-term sustainable client relationships.
  • Generate new relationships with decision-makers in organizations.
  • Communicate the value proposition and market differentiation of the company's services.
  • Own the entire sales cycle of complex, consultative service sales.
  • Build a pipeline and accurately forecast business outcomes.
  • Qualify, generate, and execute opportunities that provide profitable revenue.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member and facilitate sales opportunities by providing leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources.
