You’ll play a key role in generating leads, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software services, IT services sales, business development, or B2B sales
  • Previous experience working within a technology consulting or IT services organization
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level accounts, technology solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience participating in networking events, conferences, or industry trade shows
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology delivery processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Consultative and relationship-focused sales approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, and eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target accounts through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to assist with discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline stages using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align messaging and tailor outreach strategies to prospective clients.
