WorldStrides is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth within the educational travel sector across Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and cultivating long-term client relationships with schools, educators, and parent groups. You will actively engage prospects through lead generation, cold outreach, meetings, and presentations (both virtual and in-person), while also leveraging existing client relationships to expand opportunities. The role requires identifying client needs, developing customized travel proposals, and delivering accurate quotes and itineraries aligned with educational objectives. Success in this position requires strong communication skills in both English and French, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will also travel to meet clients, deliver presentations, and deepen destination knowledge of WorldStrides’ programs.
