This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role for professionals with strong sales acumen, strategic vision, and a passion for preserving historic architecture. As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at EverGreene, you’ll lead efforts to win complex restoration projects by cultivating relationships with owners, architects, and construction partners. You’ll meet with prospective clients, conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, and shape pursuit strategies that align with EverGreene’s strengths. Supported by Business Development Associates, Coordinators, and Administrators, you’ll direct the proposal, pricing, and preconstruction process—bringing together the right team and approach to win meaningful work. This role is for proactive strategists who thrive on turning opportunities into contracts through insight, trust-building, and execution.
