About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the travel industry to grow and manage relationships with travel agencies. This is a client-facing B2B sales role focused on acquiring new travel agency partners, expanding existing accounts, and promoting our travel booking platform. This position requires extensive local travel to meet travel agencies and develop long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience in Business Development and Account Management.
  • Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations.
  • Good understanding of the local travel trade.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, and internet applications.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B travel technology or travel distribution platforms.
  • IATA certification is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with local travel agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the local travel trade.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Generate new sales leads and onboard new agency partners.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client training.
  • Promote outbound travel products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to support client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups on sales opportunities and customer inquiries.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
