Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales leadership within a service-driven industry.
  • Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional team and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years directly related experience.
  • Experience in residential condominium management or related industries is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth.
  • Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to win.
  • Drive CRM excellence (Salesforce) and ensure every lead is nurtured with precision.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territories.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
