This role is responsible for customer/teammate engagement, strategy development, pipeline development, and pursuit of opportunities within the Cyber Line of Business (LoB). The Business Development Director will focus on identifying and growing Invictus' presence in specific markets, including CNO focused Capability Development, Vulnerability Research (VR), Reverse Engineering, Exploit Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Computer Network Defense (CND), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Cross Domain Solutions. The position involves developing and growing the opportunity pipeline, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders. The role also requires identifying key growth areas aligned with corporate strategy, leading capture activities, and collaborating with the Cyber LoB operations team.
