Working with the Cyber Line of Business (LoB), this role is responsible for customer/teammate engagement, strategy development, pipeline development, and pursuit of opportunities. The Business Development Director will identify and grow Invictus' presence in specific markets within the Cyber domain, including CNO focused Capability Development, Vulnerability Research (VR), Reverse Engineering, Exploit Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Computer Network Defense (CND), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Cross Domain Solutions. The position involves developing and growing the opportunity pipeline, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders. The role also includes identifying key growth areas, leading gate reviews, capture activities, proposal reviews, pricing, and business case development, and collaborating with the Cyber LoB operations team to maintain the opportunity pipeline. The Director will represent the team at business development meetings.
