About The Position

We are in search of a Business Development Director to spearhead expansion efforts in Alberta and Western Saskatchewan. This role focuses on building relationships, fostering commercial growth, establishing distribution networks, and creating significant partnerships. The Director will drive Prime’s growth strategy by establishing new channel partnerships, enhancing demand, and pursuing targeted consolidation opportunities within the oil & gas E&I sector. This position is pivotal in defining market entry strategy, broadening territorial reach, and enhancing commercial capabilities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or technical sales leader with extensive expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and oil & gas operations. Requirements

  • 5 Years of sales in the oil & gas industries

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a multi-year growth strategy for product distribution via E&I shops and direct end-user channels.
  • Expand and enhance Longhorn's presence in the oil & gas, industrial automation, and related sectors throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan (approximately 20% travel required).
  • Fortify relationships with E&I shops, OEM partners, vendors, and key operators.
