Requirements
- At least one previous role based in customer service or Call Center
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Previous Dealership BDC Experience and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a Plus!
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound sales calls and emails and set appointments/answer questions for new vehicle sales department
- Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Follow up with Customer Requests and Questions by Discussing with Management Team
- Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- Must be ready to spend day on phone and computer all day
