The Business Development Coordinator supports the firm's lawyers and practice groups in the planning and delivery of business development and marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships, elevate the firm's market profile, and support strategic growth objectives. As a member of the firm's marketing and business development function, the Business Development Coordinator works closely with lawyers and internal stakeholders to coordinate a broad range of activities, including pitches and proposals, rankings and directory submissions, sponsorships and partnerships, events, market research, and practice group initiatives. The successful candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong communication, research, and project management skills. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating with stakeholders across the firm, and contributing to initiatives that support the firm's business development objectives.
