New American Funding is seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Coordinator to partner directly with a high-producing mortgage professional on the North Shore. This full-time on-site position is designed for a relationship-driven, organized, and tech-forward individual who is ready to play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth mortgage business. If you are outgoing, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team. Mortgage experience is not required — we train for talent.

Requirements

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Social Media Savvy: Understands how to use social platforms strategically to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Proactive and Ultra-Organized: Anticipates needs before they arise and builds systems that keep operations running smoothly.
AI and Tech Literate: Regularly uses or experiments with tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms, or other productivity applications to optimize work.
Thrives in Controlled Chaos: Maintains composure and adaptability when priorities shift quickly.
Fearlessly Outgoing: Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building at a high volume. Views “no” as a stepping stone to “yes.”

Responsibilities

Build and deepen connections with an established network of elite local real estate agents on the North Shore.
Proactively source and develop new referral relationships to expand the business pipeline.
Handle incoming referrals, maintain an organized pipeline, and ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience from first contact through closing.
Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms to keep the brand top-of-mind with referral partners and prospective clients.
Leverage AI tools, automation software, and CRM systems to streamline daily communications and improve overall workflow efficiency.
